Fantasy Nails by Clara offers handmade press-on nails, custom designs, mobile nail services and event sales. Availability, prices, designs, appointment areas and turnaround times may change.

Custom order requests are enquiries until Clara confirms feasibility, price, timing and any deposit or payment requirement.

Orders and Payments

Orders are accepted when confirmed through the website, by message or by direct agreement. Payment terms, deposits and balances will be explained before work begins or an order is dispatched.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, sizing and design information. Incorrect details may affect fit, delivery or completion times.

Custom Designs and Sizing

Handmade and custom nail sets may include small variations because each set is made by hand. Inspiration images are used as creative references and do not guarantee an exact copy.

Sizing guidance is provided to help you choose the best fit, but final fit depends on the measurements or photos supplied by you.

Appointments

Mobile appointments are arranged by consultation and may depend on travel distance, timing, nail health and service suitability. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to rearrange.

Cancellations, Returns and Faults

Because custom and made-to-measure items are created for you, they may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns once work has started or the item has been dispatched. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos so we can review the issue.

Shipping

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs, postal delays, incorrect addresses or events outside our control may affect shipping times. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges.
